  • History of Cone Biopsy in 2011
  • BMI is 26.5

  • Prior SAB x2 at 8 & 10 weeks
  • Prior Laparoscopy / hysteroscopy
  • BMI is 24

  • 2010 Term PTD at 38 weeks

Patient deemed high risk solely by history of prior PTB x2
