PATIENT: 28-YEAR-OLD CAUCASIAN G2 P1001

  • Negative Medical history
  • Term Vaginal Delivery at 39 weeks in 2009
  • History of Cone Biopsy in 2011
  • BMI is 26.5

Test Result: PreTRM® Test shows a 46% (6.3X the average population) risk of preterm delivery prior to 37 weeks

Potential Treatment Plan:
  • High Intensity Care Management
  • Ultrasound Cervical Length (CL) monitoring
  • Possible Progesterone as indicated by CL
  • Extensive education re: Prematurity symptoms

PATIENT: 36-YEAR-OLD CAUCASIAN G3 P0020

  • Conceived by IVF
  • Prior SAB x2 at 8 & 10 weeks
  • Prior Laparoscopy / hysteroscopy
  • BMI is 24

Test Result: PreTRM® Test shows a ≤7.3% risk of preterm delivery prior to 37 weeks

Potential Treatment Plan:
  • Single Ultrasound CL according to institutional protocol
  • Routine clinical follow-up
  • Routine education re: Prematurity symptoms

PATIENT: 28-YEAR-OLD CAUCASIAN G1 P0

  • Negative Medical/surgical history
  • BMI is 20.2

Test Result: PreTRM® Test shows a 22% (3X the average risk) risk of preterm delivery prior to 37 weeks

Potential Treatment Plan:
  • High Intensity Care Management
  • Ultrasound Cervical Length (CL) monitoring
  • Possible Progesterone as indicated by CL
  • Extensive education re: Prematurity symptoms
  • Maintain a healthy weight

PATIENT: 38-YEAR-OLD AFRICAN AMERICAN G4 P1202

  • 2008 Spontaneous PTD at 29 weeks
  • 2010 Term PTD at 38 weeks
  • 2012 Spontaneous PTD at 32 weeks
  • No Other PMH/PSH
  • BMI is 22

Patient deemed high risk solely by history of prior PTB x2

Potential Treatment Plan:
  • Administer weekly IM 17-OHPC
  • Ultrasound Cervical Length (CL) monitoring
  • Possible Progesterone as indicated by CL
  • Extensive education re: Prematurity symptoms
